We had a fun day in the sun with friends planned but had to cancel since my youngest was up at least half of the night getting sick! Poor baby!! May I just say how incredibly thankful I am to have a washer & dryer...I cannot even imagine having to take a messy comforter, blankets, pajamas & towels down to the riverbank to wash them out. While I'm at it, let me give a BIG "shout-out" to my wonderful hubbie that has to get up very early but got up to help with the first round of whoozies. Thank you, thank you, thank you! We make a great team.
So...I guess since we're home for the day I can finally get our pictures posted. June was a busy month for us...last weeks of school, 6th grade graduation for Rosie, Rosie's departure to return home to her family in Korea, Madison's 9th Birthday, Father's Day... Lots of fun times and great memories created! Grab something cold to drink as there are a lot of photos :~) or better yet, to beat this heat, try this great recipe that we enjoy with our Chicken Taco Soup or other Mexican theme meals.
One little side note about the photo's...some are not as clear as I'd like but unbeknownst to me, one of my little monkeys changed a setting on my camera. You should be able to click on the recipe below & print onto cardstock for your recipe file but for some reason that doesn't seem to be working. Enjoy and stay tuned for the recipe request from my sister of Creme Brulee French Toast!
For some reason, our photo's are not scrolling. Sorry for the inconvenience...click on view all images if you would like to see them. I'm hoping to get it fixed again!

You are most welcome for the help babe. I can only repeat it by saying thank you for staying up, literally, half the night with Madison while the stuff continued to get out of her system. I am so thankful that you get to stay home. My prayer is that God opens another door allowing you to continue to be the stay at home mom. Love you.
Hey Christy, I can't see the pictures (and I couldn't the other day). It might be my computer, though, so I will keep checking back.
The Mock-a-rita recipe sounds yummy!
Jackaroo ~ Thanks babe! I know that God has provided & blessed us richly over the years. Not sure what's around the corner but I'm trusting Him & praying that I can continue to be a stay-at-home mom for our family. I love that job...
JA ~ Not sure what the problem is with the pictures. I'm going to try & delete the coding and put it back in again to see if that works. Maybe it's just too many picture for my blog to handle??
love, love LOVE the pictures. everyone looks great. my favorite is the one of katie and maddie on her birthday in black and white...can't believe they're so grown up. maddie's party looked like it was a big success. and i agree with jack, i hope that GOD opens another door and allows you to stay home...you are a wonderful stay-at-home mom.
Had lots of photo's to share...it was a fun month! I like that pic of the girls as well & yes, they are getting so grown up! Maddie's party was a lot of fun & all the girls really enjoyed solving the mystery. I know that God has blessed us for our commitment for me to be a stay-at-home mom and He knows what's around the corner for us...Thanks!
